I found your article on coolhomepages.com and thought it was one of the better articles regarding web design in a long time. I stumbled onto your site, and i just wanted to say it is one of the most user friendliest sites I have seen in a while. I worked for a design house for 8 years and for a corporation for the past year and i can definatly say what a difference. Corporate Design is totally different. I just came across your site this evening, and I must say I was very impressed. I am the Program Facilitator for a Multimedia training program in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Our program provides web development training to a large number of students each year. We train heavily in software applications such as Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Dreamweaver, Frontpage, 3D Max, etc... but we train even heavier in the "THEORY" of design and layout. Unfortunately, a number of students find the theory boring, and not to their liking. They would rather "play" all day in the software!!! Myself and my staff are seasoned professionals in the industry, who have left to "spread the word"... and many times we scratch or heads in dis-belief when students drift off during intense theory classes, and then wonder why their sites won't function properly, or they've had to re-work it so many times that they've missed the deadline!!! Sometimes we wonder whether we are taking the right approach in terms of theory & principles.

My point is... after reviewing your site this evening... I realized for certain that we are absolutely on the right track... and everything you list in your site... we teach... and then some!!! So tomorrow, every single student is going to pay a visit to your site... and see that it's not just "smoke" we're blowin'!!! Your site is WONDERFUL!!! And will definitely be of great help getting through to a number of theory "nay-sayers"!!!
